	MELTING     Tri-track Inductotherm furnaces - 3.8 tons capacity of liquid metal per hour. Panel capacity 2250 KW, tri-track. Crucible capacity - 1000 kgs (3 Crucibles with accessories)
	METAL POURING SYSTEM   Over head monorail metal pouring system. Ladle and ladle holders are installed for pouring liquid metal. Pneumatically operated junction points.
	AUTO POUR INDUCTO THERM - UNHEATED TURNDISH STOPPER - ROD POURING MECHANISM     The pouring Tundish has a nominal usable capacity of 750 kgs and total metal holding capacity of 1000 kgs. It has a refractory lined structural steel exterior case with charging port, and pneumatic operated pour cover. The bottom pour stopper-rod design provides the instantaneous response required for ultimate pouring efficiency. Positive shut-off and accurate positioning of the rod is assured. It will be integrated with Foseco's MSI ((Metal Stream Inoculation) Commissioned in May 2015.
