- Two 1000 KW, 1000 Kg DUAL TRACK INDUCTOTHERM Furnaces - The liquid metal capacity is 72 tons / 24 hours
- As an ISO contingency measure, two 2.5 tons / hour Divided Blast Cupola (TERI DESIGN) with automatic control panels are installed in the plant. During power scarcity, the cupola furnaces are utilized for duplexing the liquid metal to induction furnaces
