- A well-equipped staff/labour housing with 52 rooms, in an area of 1 Acre land with all basic amenities, is provided for staffs and workers at free of cost
- Special bus services are provided on weekly basis for those who are staying in the housing units for their personal needs
- Indoor and Outdoor games are available for personnel to ease work stress / pressure

| Dry Cooling Tower |

| Having high concern on water resources, without considering the huge initial investments, the induction furnaces' cooling coils are connected to dry cooling towers, in closed loop, there-by reducing the water evaporation loses. |

- Fume extraction systems for all the induction furnaces
- Dust extraction systems for sand plants and shot blasting machines
- Multi cyclone dust extraction systems for bench grinders in the fettling shop
