ABOUT MACHINE SHOP
Amma Alloy India Private Limited is equipped with a contemporary in-house machine shop. It was started, in Feb 2015, with a vision to place a strong
foot print in the International market. As a value added service, the establishment of an in-house machine shop has offered all our new and existing
customers a one-stop solution in procuring completely machined castings. Our work force is young and highly motivated and they work together to provide
quality service in any variety of challenging projects with demanding schedules.
A 6000 sq.ft. facility with State-of-the-Art equipments (which includes Zeiss Contura G2 700 RDS with 3D scanning technology) gives us the opportunity to provide the Superior Quality Products to our customers need. At present,
we have installed 1 Horizontal Turret Lathe, 2 Vertical Turret Lathes and 2 Vertical Machining Centers. We have also planned to procure more machineries,
in the near future, to meet the growing demands of fully machined castings from our existing and new customers. |
