Amma Alloy (India) Private Limited (Foundry division), commissioned in January 2008, has a strong base in the field of foundry to manufacture high
quality Grey and Ductile iron castings located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.
AAIPL is equipped with latest technology machineries, like high pressure moulding lines with integrated PLC operated, SMC controlled sand plant with scada software, capable of manufacturing high quality castings.
It has highly elevated structurals with huge built-up area and environment friendly surroundings for personnel to work.
AAIPL is an ISO certified casting hub to manufacture castings catering to customer's requirement with high quality and on time delivery. It has adequate manufacturing and process capabilities to produce various grades of grey and ductile iron. |

AAIPL is equipped with a contemporary in-house machine shop. It was started, in February 2015, with a vision to place a strong
foot print in the International market. As a value added service, the establishment of an in-house machine shop has offered all our new and existing
customers a one-stop solution in procuring completely machined castings.
Our work force is young and highly motivated and they work together to provide quality service in any variety of challenging projects with demanding schedules.
This facility, with State-of-the-Art equipments (which includes Zeiss Contura G2 700 RDS with 3D scanning technology), gives us the opportunity to provide the Superior Quality Products to our customers need. We have also planned to procure more machineries,
in the near future, to meet the growing demands of fully machined castings from our existing and new customers. |
