	Load measuring/monitoring and safety cut out systems with large LED digital display Allows operators to know how close the load they are lifting is to maximum capacity Increases efficiency as it allows operators to maximize the work they accomplish during their shift Load monitoring and heavy lifts up to 5 Metric Tons
	ADVANTAGES There is no direct weighing scales attached to the hook which generally are known for causing damages to the system The load cells are placed inside the equalizing pulley which encodes the weight lifted and displays it in the digital screen kept at the crane and at a convenient location near the furnace The operations are carried out using a remote controller. Whenever an empty bin or an empty ladle if lifted we can tear the weight in the remote and bring it to 0. After tearing, the weight displayed is the actual weight of the material lifted by the crane Found very useful for Ductile Iron treatment.
